Pharmaron is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist to join our growing team of analytical chemists in Hoddesdon.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development of innovative drug products by applying your expertise in analytical chemistry techniques.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop, troubleshoot, and validate HPLC and Dissolution methods for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Collaborate effectively with formulation development and materials characterization teams to ensure successful project completion within tight deadlines.
- Independently plan and prioritize your workload, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative research environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in analytical chemistry and GMP regulations.
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or a BSc/MSc with several years of relevant experience in an analytical chemistry laboratory.
- Extensive expertise in HPLC and Dissolution method development and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of other analytical methodologies, including KF, Disintegration, stability analysis, GC, SFC, and MS.
- Proven experience working within GLP or GMP environments.
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines.
- Strong scientific track record demonstrated through publications or presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
