Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proven experience in Quality Assurance within the Aerospace, Defence, or AS9100 sectors.
- Maintain and enhance Quality Management Systems.
- Plan and schedule both Internal Audits and Supplier Audits.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize databases for recording audit results and tracking status.
- Execute the internal audit program to ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant standards (including AS/EN 9100, AS/EN9110, TickIT Plus, DAOS, EASA Part-21 & EASA Part-145).
- Lead investigations into Audit non-conformances and manage associated root cause analysis activities.
- Oversee the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of Supplier Quality audits conducted by the Supplier Quality Team.
- Monitor and communicate Quality metrics to meet established targets and drive Quality improvement initiatives.

Health and Safety:
Collaborate with management to fulfill legal obligations and ensure a safe working environment for all.

Ideal Candidate:
This role is suited for individuals with a technical background in the Aerospace industry, such as Aircraft Engineers, Technicians, or Support Staff from a Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) looking to advance their career in Quality Assurance.

Essential Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of Defence and Aerospace Quality requirements, including Non-Conformance Management and root cause analysis.
