Our team of experienced professionals, including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and behaviour analysts, work collaboratively to deliver tailored therapy programs that cater to the unique needs of each child.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Behavioural Therapist to join our team as an ABA Tutor. The successful candidate will work closely with our families and multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA programs in both home and school settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders, experience in ABA principles and practices, and a passion for working with children. They will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and families, and be committed to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA programs in home and school settings
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide support and guidance to families in implementing ABA strategies
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of ABA programs and resources
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders and ABA principles and practices
  • Experience in ABA tutoring or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
