About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As an SEN TA, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and working closely with students with special educational needs, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in providing tailored educational support to SEN students, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Work individually or with small groups of SEN students to enhance their learning, adapting to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Support classroom management and organisation, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Ensure the well-being of all students, with a focus on those with SEN, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
  • Help plan and prepare personalised learning activities, collaborating with the class teacher and other support staff.
