We are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our thriving Property Team at Higgs LLP. As a key member of the team, you will work on a wide range of property transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, commercial and residential development, property finance, corporate support, landlord and tenant/asset management, renewable energy, and residential conveyancing.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including international corporates, owner-managed businesses, individuals, and landed estates. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating legal documentation, conducting legal due diligence, and managing client relationships.

We are looking for a lawyer with a strong technical foundation and broad experience across various transactions and sectors. Experience in landlord and tenant, property finance, corporate support, and renewable energy transactions is highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be flexible, dependable, and able to take the initiative. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
