Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Eastern Construction Build Team at Kier Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project finances, including revenue, costs, and cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Provide regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to area management, Kier Group, and customers.
  • Fulfill contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximizing gross margin and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in leading projects of significant value from pre-construction through delivery to handover.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes.
  • Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions.
  • IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email, as well as experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid.
