As a key member of our field merchandising team, you will collaborate with various well-known brands in the retail sector. Your role will involve ensuring that products are presented in an attractive manner, fixtures are organized efficiently, and shelves are consistently stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work across diverse categories such as: Books and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Beers, Wines and Spirits, and Toys.
Confirmed Working Schedule:

Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri
Additional work opportunities may arise based on interest and agreement.
Your Path to Excellence:
Adherence to Standards: You will be well-versed in merchandising guidelines, store policies, and health and safety regulations. Implementing planograms will be essential to maintain consistency and compliance. Product Arrangement and Stock Management: You will strategically organize products on shelves and displays to enhance visibility and customer appeal. Promotional Setup: You will create promotional displays and signage to effectively convey pricing, discounts, and special offers. Relationship Building: You will foster strong working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, while providing timely feedback to our client account teams.What Makes You Stand Out:
A background in merchandising, retail, or customer service. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take ownership of your work and find solutions independently. A commitment to delivering high standards and excellent service. Comfort with manual handling, including moving products from the warehouse to the sales floor. Willingness to accept home deliveries of promotional materials or stock items for certain visits (additional compensation provided). Proficiency in using a company tablet for task management.
