Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Flex. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting major high street stores, completing tasks such as merchandising, audits, and placing of point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visiting stores to ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Conducting audits to ensure that products are meeting sales and inventory targets.
  • Placing point-of-sale (POS) materials in stores to promote products.
  • Negotiating with store managers to secure additional display space for products.
  • Building relationships with store staff and customers to promote products and services.
  • Using a mobile app to report on sales and inventory data.
  • Providing feedback and insights on product performance and customer behavior.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use a mobile app.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
