Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless access to the best features Azure has to offer.
  • Guarantee the availability and reliability of the managed hosting service we provide to our customers.
  • Implement and contribute to best practices for cloud security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure that the solution always runs in a compliant, secure, and cost-effective manner.
  • Participate in our on-call pool and help ensure maximum reliability, high availability, and uptime.
  • Help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring resilience, availability, and scalability.
  • Contribute to increasing operational efficiency and helping to bring overall cloud cost under control.
Requirements
  • You have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure security, cloud-native technologies, and desired state configuration, preferably using Terraform or OpenTofu.
  • You are proficient with tools and tech like Helm Charts, Kubernetes, Istio.
  • You have strong communication skills allowing you to drive initiatives and decisions inside and outside your team.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in system engineering, including at least 3 years of working with Azure cloud services.
  • You combine technical excellence with mentorship skills, providing your peers with hands-on guidance and collaborative problem-solving.
  • You are focused on automation-first, aiming to make every process predictable and automated.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, highly-available cloud infrastructure.
  • Evidence of significant work experience with Azure is a plus.
  • Work experience as a software developer is a plus.
  • Networking experience, including VPN configuration, is a plus.
  • Your English communication skills are excellent.
