Job Title: Theatre Practitioner (RGN)

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner (RGN) to join our team at Optical Express, a leading provider of laser eye, premium intraocular lens, and cataract surgery in the UK and Ireland.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art treatment centre at our Leeds clinic, where you will be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team working alongside expert Ophthalmologists. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering world-class patient care and contributing to the success of our patients' visual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in laser vision correction and intraocular lens (cataract) surgeries
  • Providing anaesthetic assistance and pre-operative assessments
  • Undertaking pre-screening diagnostic duties and discharging patients with after-care advice and medications
  • Managing medicines and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatre team
