As a key member of the office team, you will be responsible for managing a busy office environment, providing administrative support to the CEO and Chairman, and serving as the Company Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy office environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Chairman, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the Company Secretary, attending board meetings, notarizing minutes, and handling share schemes and insurance policies
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve office efficiency
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in a busy professional office environment
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Previous experience in legal or Company Secretary and HR roles is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
