Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Depute Centre Manager to join our team at Gleneagles and Kinnoull Day Opportunities, Perth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our team of 40 staff to deliver high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 13 staff members to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Work closely with our creative and passionate management team to develop and implement service plans.
- Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure a quality care provision.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.
- Participate in partnership working with multi-disciplinary partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support.
- Work under pressure, prioritize, and problem-solve to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements:
- SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or a higher/equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
- Valid UK driving license to travel to various locations across Perth and Kinross.
- Excellent communication and digital skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and problem-solve.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £34,000 - £37,000 per annum.
