Role Summary: This position involves overseeing daily operations within the Anglian Water IMDS team, focusing on various initiatives in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Operations Performance Leader, your role will encompass:
- Managing and optimizing daily labor and resource allocation to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations while addressing any quality concerns that may arise.
- Participating in client site meetings to manage costs and mitigate risks effectively.
- Providing support to the metering management team.
What We Are Looking For:
This role is ideal for candidates who possess:
- Experience in the water sector.
- Relevant certifications such as NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely, or SSSTS.
- A valid driving license.
- Familiarity with CDM regulations and the Traffic Management Act.
