Key Responsibilities- Assess and further develop the current HR offering to ensure the organization is an employer of choice in its specialist field.
- Provide robust employee relations advice and support across all areas relating to employment law and ensure adherence to policies and practices.
- Coach, influence, and support managers and leaders on a range of people activities, including talent strategy, recruitment, and reward frameworks.
- Oversee recruitment practices and hiring managers to ensure a robust and effective talent acquisition process.
- Review and deliver a robust reward framework across all levels within the business.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Be the 'go-to' contact in the office for all people-related queries and be a role model driving the behavioral values of the organization.
- Lead on general office management activities across the organization.
- A full generalist HR toolkit, ideally operated as a standalone People Manager in an SME or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working (1 day per week from home) and flexible working hours.
