About the Role

The London Borough of Camden is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with vehicle regulations and maintaining the safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with vehicle regulations and legislation
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Manage the preparation and reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, and other accounting procedures
  • Respond to and manage complaints, investigations, FOIs, and SARs
  • Ensure the safe operation of vehicles and equipment within the depot

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of legislation related to vehicle compliance and driver requirements
  • Previous experience in budget monitoring and financial processes
  • Proficiency in vehicle compliance software and system requirements
  • Full competence in Microsoft Office programmes
