We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management.
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Assisting with healthcare and personal appointments, and enabling participation in daily living tasks and activities.

Requirements:
- At least two years of care experience, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
- Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers.
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
