Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Woodward Veterinary Practice in Ashby de la Zouch. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our team of veterinary professionals and driving forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development.

• Lead the overall leadership of the practice and drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development.
• Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure the practice is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

We have a dedicated team of 8 Vet Surgeons and 16 Veterinary Nurses. We are also supported by a fantastic front-of-house team and senior management team.
