About the Role:
Careers in Design is seeking a skilled Furniture Designer to join our team. As a Furniture Designer, you will be responsible for creating bespoke furniture pieces for our clients. This role involves working closely with our design team to develop and refine designs, as well as collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop bespoke furniture pieces using AutoCAD software
- Collaborate with the design team to refine and finalize designs
- Work with project managers to ensure timely and efficient production
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and accuracy of furniture pieces
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in furniture design and production
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
