The Community Lives Consortium is seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Support Worker to join our team. As a Lead Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with learning or physical disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their own homes within the communities of Swansea, Neath, and Port Talbot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to tenants with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Coach and mentor other support staff to deliver effective support packages.
- Support tenants in new care settings, ensuring confident and stable support.
- Act as a Personal Support Manager when required, overseeing the delivery of support packages.
- Maintain expertise in supporting tenants with complex needs, caused by a range of factors.
- Undertake additional training to maintain high-quality care in complex situations.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.55 (for shifts worked delivering support) plus £67.75 per shift for Sleep-In duties.

Requirements:
- Hold a full current driving license, allowing you to legally drive in the UK.
- Have Business Class 1 vehicle insurance.

- Provide a satisfactory pre-employment health declaration, proof of right to work in the UK, full employment history, and references.
