Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Attraction Partner with a strong background in technical recruitment to enhance our Global Talent Attraction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating their onboarding process.

This position will primarily support our Research and Development sector, focusing on Engineering and Product, ensuring that both candidates and stakeholders receive an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber talent for Snyk, particularly within the London and European markets.
  • Ensuring a diverse talent pipeline through innovative and dedicated sourcing strategies.
  • Guiding candidates and stakeholders through a streamlined recruitment journey, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
  • Utilizing data analytics to deliver valuable insights regarding candidates and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with key business partners, fellow Talent Attraction professionals, and members of the People team to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Working closely with the Director of Talent Attraction and the broader team to comprehend market dynamics and devise strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • A proven history of successfully recruiting top-tier technical talent, including software engineers and product managers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European technology talent landscape.
  • Experience managing both high-volume recruitment and specialized talent searches.
  • Exceptional sourcing capabilities to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to balance ongoing recruitment needs with project-based work.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment practices.
  • A collaborative spirit, working effectively within the Talent Attraction and broader People teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
  • Expertise in sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience contributing to the growth of a pre-IPO SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with the DevSecOps or Cybersecurity sectors.
  • Knowledge of recruitment practices for additional skill sets, such as Sales and Corporate Functions.
