About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lecturer to join our Electrical Installation team at OnlyFE. As a lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and tutorials to students on Electrical Installation programs
  • Develop and maintain curriculum content to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Electrical Installation programs within the Technical Centre
  • Provide pastoral support to students and help them to achieve their full potential

Requirements

  • Level 3 industry-relevant qualification
  • Strong awareness of current developments within the Electrical Installation industry
  • Recognized assessors qualification (e.g. TAQA or A1) or willingness to work towards one
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one by self-funding to achieve within 2 years of appointment
