Job Description

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a personal assistant for a client in their own home. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to the client, enabling them to live independently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Support the client with their daily routine, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Assist the client with their social and recreational activities, including appointments and outings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the care team.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement a personalized care plan for the client.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the client's autonomy.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development to meet the client's needs.
