Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AV Installation Specialist to join our team. As an AV Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation services to our clients, ensuring that their technology needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Commissioning: Conduct thorough site surveys to identify client requirements, and install and commission AV systems to meet those needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, ensuring that their AV systems are functioning optimally and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the installation process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality, and that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and implement best practices to continuously improve installation processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Hold significant experience in AV installation and technical support, with a strong understanding of AV systems, networking, and IP protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and understand AV system schematics.
  • Computer Literacy: Be proficient in a range of software tools and apps, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Be prepared to travel to client sites, including Europe, and have a flexible approach to working hours, including working under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Hold a clean UK driving license, IPAF certification, and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications.
