About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at the Aster Group. As a key member of our Resource & Scheduling team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day scheduling of resources on our electronic planning system, DRS, for repairs & maintenance operatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling of resources on DRS to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity.
  • Work closely with Contracts Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders to ensure all operational resources are used in the most flexible and efficient way.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of service by providing expert support and guidance to the team.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Resource & Scheduling function.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in planning/diary management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic planning systems and software.
