Key Responsibilities- Laundry Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the laundry room, ensuring all uniforms and laundry supplies are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Care Provision: Support the Nurse and Household Care Lead in delivering person-centred care to residents, preserving their dignity, respect, and wellbeing.
- Resident Support: Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, dressing, and assistance with using the toilet, according to their individual abilities and care needs.
- Medical Duties: Undertake minor medical duties, including oral care, skin care, catheter care, and end-of-life care.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the health and safety of self, team members, residents, and visitors, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
