Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Public Space Maintenance Specialist to support our Accommodation Services Team. This role is essential in delivering memorable experiences and top-tier service to our guests and colleagues. A positive attitude is crucial as we aim to foster a supportive and diverse community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and offices, executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Assist with departmental deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt and proper storage of items.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management, along with any stock requirements.
- Support the training of new team members as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, following a shift rota.
