Your Responsibilities

- Ensure contract and cleaner performance meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI)
- Manage client relationships with a focus on service delivery, retention, and contract expansion
- Oversee all directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and retention
- Attend necessary training sessions and meetings
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively
- Ensure accurate completion of timesheets within budget, resolving any discrepancies
- Serve as the contact point for inquiries from various departments
- Conduct site visits as per client contractual obligations
- Arrange maintenance and repairs for cleaning equipment, ensuring compliance with PAT testing
- Participate in pre-sale activities before contracts become operational, including attending client site meetings
- Manage TUPE transfers and recruitment of cleaning operatives
- Provide cover for cleaning operatives as needed
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required

About You

- Proven experience managing multiple cleaning sites and contracts
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate professionally with clients and staff
- Experience in motivating and leading cleaning teams of over 30 members
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving license
