We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our reception team at Baillieston Health Centre. As a Medical Receptionist/Patient Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.
About the Role:- Work as part of a friendly and dynamic reception team
- Provide administrative support to our GP partners and other healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Work collaboratively with our ANP, Practice Nurses, pharmacist, Physio, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Desirable experience in a healthcare setting, although full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
