Clinical Team Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring the effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of high standards of holistic care for an identified group of service users.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of service users.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and liaison.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure that all service users have the opportunity to participate fully in the care planning process.
- NMC registration.
- Experience in specialist palliative or neurological care.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
