Client Services Director

Major Players, a renowned creative agency, is seeking a seasoned Client Services Director to lead our Client Services team in London. As the primary interface between our agency and clients, you will be responsible for developing creative solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account and Project management teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Directly manage a team of Account Directors and Managers, providing guidance and support.
- Motivate and inspire the account team through regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in professional client relationship management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving growth.
- Experience working with luxury fashion or streetwear brands.
- Experience working with experiential activations and content creation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong budget management skills.
- Familiarity with creative processes and digital platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret sales performance metrics.
- Flexibility to attend evening events and travel as needed.
