Position Overview
TPF Recruitment is seeking a skilled individual to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants as a Senior Personal Tax Consultant. This role is primarily focused on personal taxation, where you will assist the Tax Manager with various compliance-related tax responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a portfolio of individual clients, including sole proprietors, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Collaborating with other departments as necessary.
  • Conducting compliance tasks for both personal and corporate clients.
  • Interacting with tax authorities as needed through various communication methods.
  • Engaging with clients to address their inquiries and requirements.
  • Preparing necessary tax documentation.
  • Keeping clients informed about upcoming deadlines.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members as required.


Candidate Requirements
  • AAT or ATT qualification, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in an accountancy practice or personal tax role.
  • Studying towards or holding a CTA - ACA/ACCA qualification.
  • Proficient in preparing tax returns for managerial review and familiar with relevant tax software.


Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 based on experience, with a competitive benefits package.
