Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Langham Manor. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing team to develop and implement care plans that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, manage, and monitor care plans and medication records to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, working closely with the nursing team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture that promotes ownership, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • NMC registration as an Adult General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give constructive feedback and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
