We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Security Supervisor to provide a professional security service to our clients in Uxbridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the day-to-day operation, maintaining order and establishing a visible presence on site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Patrolling premises regularly to identify and address any security concerns
  • Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people in the property
  • Removing wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
  • Securing all exits, doors and windows after the end of operations
  • Investigating people for suspicious activity or possessions
  • Responding to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
  • Providing assistance to people in need
  • Apprehending and detaining perpetrators according to legal protocol before the arrival of authorities
  • Submitting reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a security officer or guard
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
  • Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defence
  • Registered as a security officer
  • High School diploma is required

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £13.39 and average weekly hours of 42 hours.
