About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Handler to join our team at Reed. As a Corporate Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a large book of corporate clients, providing them with general product queries, new business quotes, midterm adjustments, and revised renewals across various products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-facing role, nurturing and developing client relationships alongside Account Executives
  • Assisting clients with commercial insurance queries and providing expert advice
  • Working closely with the Account Executives to ensure seamless client service
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working in an Insurance Brokerage or Insurer, advising or servicing clients regarding commercial insurance
  • Broad market knowledge of commercial insurance, including Construction, Motor Trade, Haulage, Property Owners/Real Estate, and Manufacturing/Engineering
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Acturis
