About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care, a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse leader to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to adult clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients' families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements
  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that brings out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
