About Us

At Real Life Options, we provide personalized homecare support services to vulnerable adults and children across Scotland.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as support workers. If you have the right values and attitude, we want to hear from you.

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: £12.00
  • Mileage Rate: 40p per mile
  • We Offer Full-time, Part-time, and Bank/Relief Hours
  • Covering: Various Areas

Our support workers enjoy a range of shift patterns to accommodate their schedules, including:

Shift Patterns

  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern for Full-time and Part-time roles
  • Rota shift pattern inclusive of weekends

About the Role

As a support worker, you will visit multiple homes during a shift to assist individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and catheter care.

We provide accredited training to enhance your skills and a supportive team environment.
