Job Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in Manchester. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals. You will be responsible for leading your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine and knowledgeable advice on our products, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
  • Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach their full potential.
  • Be self-aware, question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the Store Manager.
