We are seeking a skilled Materials Laboratory Technician to join our team at New Resource Group. As a key member of our Materials Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and testing of integrated protective systems.

1. Mixing and molding rubber and polymer materials to meet customer requirements.
2. Operating rheology instruments and conducting physical property testing to ensure quality standards.
3. Maintaining laboratory equipment, managing workflows, and handling customer liaison to ensure seamless communication.
4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing lab stocks to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

1. Methodical with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
2. Inquisitive and able to work well in a small team, with good time management skills and a strong work ethic.
3. Able to handle chemicals safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

1. Degree in STEM (preferably chemistry) or relevant laboratory experience.
2. Familiarity with rubber materials and industry knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
