The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Professional Indemnity Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE to join a distinguished team in Bristol.

This leading practice manages a diverse range of claims against various professionals, including solicitors, insurance brokers, accountants, and financial advisors. They represent all major Professional Indemnity Insurers, as well as several large professional services firms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defending liability claims both before and after litigation, while also providing guidance and representation on related matters such as regulatory concerns, risk management, and Ombudsman complaints. The team is often called upon to advise insurers on policy coverage aspects of claims.
