{"Role Overview": "We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, including mill machinery, biomass, and treatment plant. You will work closely with our electrical and mechanical engineers to identify and resolve maintenance issues, and provide training and support to your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Split between PPM (Nights Bias) and Reactive Maintenance (Days Bias)
* Mechanical work on pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, gears, bearings, pipework, and steam systems
* Updating the maintenance system and handing over to the following shift team
* Working as part of a mixed team of electrical and mechanical engineers
* Working on varied production lines

Minimum Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer within an industrial environment or similar
* Any mechanical qualifications will be advantageous

Working Hours:

* Week 1: Mon - Fri 2pm-10pm
* Week 2: Mon - Fri 6am-2pm, Sun 10pm - 6am
* Week 3: Mon- Thurs 10 pm - 6am

Salary:

* £18.32 Per hour (£39,312) + Overtime Opportunities Available paid at 1.5x, over 6 hours or a Sunday paid at 2x + 31 Days Holiday + Pension + Life Assurance + Product Discount Scheme and Cash Back Schemes + Workwear provided + Course Funded Training Available as well as on the job training + Annual Tool Allowance up to £120 per annum
