Key Responsibilities
  • Provide First-Level Support: Offer timely and effective support for Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Device Enrollment and Configuration: Assist end-users with device enrollment, application deployment, and configuration in Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or severe Intune-related problems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Intune Migrations and Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of Intune migrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture, policies, and features, as well as mobile device management, to provide expert-level support.
  • Automation and Customization: Experience with PowerShell scripting and Intune Graph API for automation and customization in Intune is a plus, allowing you to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Operating System Proficiency: Be proficient in Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems, ensuring you can provide support across multiple platforms.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with end-users, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless support experiences.
