- Intune Configurations and Policies: Design and implement Intune configurations and policies to meet organizational needs, ensuring optimal device performance and security.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or severe Intune-related problems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Intune Migrations and Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of Intune migrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture, policies, and features, as well as mobile device management, to provide expert-level support.
- Automation and Customization: Experience with PowerShell scripting and Intune Graph API for automation and customization in Intune is a plus, allowing you to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Operating System Proficiency: Be proficient in Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems, ensuring you can provide support across multiple platforms.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with end-users, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless support experiences.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Certifications and Experience: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, are a plus, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to your craft.
