Your Role

As a Corporate Client Advisor, you will manage a designated portfolio of established corporate clients, focusing on enhancing and forging new connections within client organizations by utilizing our comprehensive range of products and services. This role often requires engaging with various business units and functions, including strategy, consumer insights, marketing, innovation, finance, and R&D. Your solutions may vary from specific data and trend analyses sourced from existing syndicated databases to extensive strategic consulting projects aimed at fulfilling critical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships and expanding your network within client organizations through consistent and proactive communication with multiple decision-makers.
  • Mapping and navigating a client's organizational structure while gaining insights into essential business processes such as strategic planning, innovation pathways, and market entry strategies.
  • Accountable for achieving annual upsell targets and supporting contract renewal efforts.
  • Employing a refined consultative approach to identify engagement opportunities, moving beyond mere data provision to applying industry insights for effective problem-solving. Identifying urgent project needs while establishing consistent and structured engagement points.
  • Utilizing polite persistence to connect with hard-to-reach senior executives, ensuring follow-through on long-term projects and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Facilitating negotiations and supporting the closure of syndicated and consulting/ad hoc proposals.

Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on solution and value selling.
  • Experience working with global organizations and comfort in engaging with Director, VP, and C-level executives.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, adept at managing numerous contacts, scheduling, follow-ups, and establishing regular interaction points.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
  • A strong sense of intellectual curiosity.

Interview Process

Initial Video Call: Engage with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background and learn more about our company and the role.

Video Call Interview: Meet with the Hiring Manager and potentially another team member to explore your experience and assess fit for the team and role.

In-Person Interview: Visit our office to meet the team, including a scenario-based task that will be provided in advance for preparation. If schedules permit, a meet and greet with the Director for this vertical may be included.
