Elevation Recruitment Group is collaborating with a leading accountancy and tax firm to fill a Digital Content Executive position. This role will work closely with the marketing team and select agencies to develop effective and engaging content for the firm's website and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to enhance the firm's brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
- Content Calendar Management: Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Social Media Management: Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them into the social media strategy to maximize effectiveness.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations and relationships with the audience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Content Addition: Add content to the website, including blogs, publications, and imagery.
- Marketing Collateral: Create and update marketing collateral, such as brochures and email campaigns.
- Reporting: Produce monthly KPI reports and weekly social media roundups to the firm.
- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, creative techniques, and changes in social media algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communications: Work with the HR team to manage internal communications of business initiatives, business updates, and recruitment messaging.
- Graphic Design: Assist with small graphic design jobs, working with the in-house graphic designer.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Proof Reading: Proof reading experience is essential.
- Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Passion for staying updated with the latest content and social media trends, technologies, and industry developments.
- Software Skills: Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Design Software: Experience of working in design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
