About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and vetting candidates, building relationships with clients, and working closely with our senior team to fill vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting candidates about potential roles and guiding them through the recruitment process
  • Vetting candidates on their qualifications, working history, and ability to do the role
  • Building relationships with the team, candidates, and clients
  • Working with the senior team on which vacancies to focus on
  • Keeping track of all communications on our database and updating it regularly
Requirements
  • Recruitment experience is ideal, with added Motor Trade experience being a significant bonus
  • A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential if you are local
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make a lot of calls with confidence
  • Experience using a large CRM and multi-site posting platform
