Job Description

**Flight Instructor - Multi-Engine Pilot**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team at Skyborne Airline Academy. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight and simulator instruction to our trainees in compliance with our training and safety standards, and in line with the applicable Aviation Authority regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct training in accordance with the approved ATO training manual and in compliance with the Academy published schedule/programme.
  • Deliver appropriate briefings and debriefings to trainees.
  • Comply with all rules and procedures detailed in the ATO Operations Manual.
  • Uphold flight safety in every aspect of training.

**Requirements:**

  • SEP (Land)
  • Night
  • CPL
  • Instrument
  • MEP (Land)
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK

**What We Offer:**

  • £55,000 per annum salary, based on 600 hours productivity target
  • £10,000 annual bonus, for achieving 650 hours (paid at an hourly rate) for all hours after 600 hours.
  • £1,000 sign on bonus paid on completion of standardisation
  • £100,000 loss of licence benefit

  • 30 days paid annual leave (inclusive of UK Public Holidays) based on a 4.5-day working week
