Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with 1 hour lunch, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am to 12pm
About the Company: Our client is a leading automotive dealership with a turnover of approximately £250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our busy service team in York. The ideal candidate will possess a flexible approach, a positive attitude, and a commitment to achieving complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to a high standard
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Comply with Health & Safety Procedures and Company administrative procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualified Technician
- Full and valid driving licence
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong desire to succeed and take personal responsibility for team achievement
