Job Title: Transport Driver

Join Henderson Group as a Transport Driver and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods to our SPAR stores throughout Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete prior to departing from the depot.
  • Deliver goods in excellent condition to the agreed location, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collect and document all product returns, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain the lorry, including daily checks on vehicle hygiene, water, oil, and fuel levels, as well as cage control and accountability.
Requirements:
  • A current HGV Group C + E licence.
  • Possess a Driver Qualification Card.
  • Possess a Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Ability to work independently using initiative.
Desirable Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years lorry driving experience.
  • Experience driving for a FMCG Company.
  • Knowledge of vehicle refrigeration.
  • Knowledge of tail lift operation.
