Job Title: Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Dudley Children's Services. As a key member of our Adolescent Safeguarding Service, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are at risk of child criminal and/or sexual exploitation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of extra-familial harm and a proven track record of working with children and families to achieve positive outcomes. You will be responsible for co-producing care plans with children and their families, working closely with a range of external and integral partners to ensure the best possible support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective care plans to support children and young people at risk of child criminal and/or sexual exploitation
  2. Work closely with children and families to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans
  3. Collaborate with external and integral partners to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting our young people
  4. Contribute to the development of the Adolescent Safeguarding Service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the service
