We are seeking experienced social workers to join our team at Polaris Community, providing adoption assessment and support services to prospective adopters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of prospective adopters to determine their suitability for adoption
  • Develop and implement support plans to help adopters navigate the adoption process
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to adopters, including therapeutic parenting approaches

Requirements:

  • Qualified social worker with experience in adoption assessment and support
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic parenting approaches and ability to apply them in practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
