Senior Avionics Security Systems Engineer

BeTechnology Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Avionics Security Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, policies, and procedures for avionics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy security architectures for airborne and ground-based products.
  • Lead the development of security protocols and procedures for avionics systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, program managers, and external stakeholders to ensure security best practices.
  • Prepare documentation for certification processes and collaborate with regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, assigning responsibilities and overseeing their professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field) with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, or 13+ years without a degree.
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security testing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS, and network security audits.
